House Mouse card

Morning everyone, I can't believe it's Monday already.  I have a House Mouse card to show you, after watching Joanna Sheen on the telly, thought I would get crafting wth House Mouse. I have used papers and glitter card in mauve from  my craft stash, I love making these cards and cutting out the little mice are not a problem. Makes you chuckle whilst you work with what they get up to!!

Just to say...

I just wanted to let you know of a nice b&b near to Harrogate actually its just outside Leeds and very close to Harrogate, its where I have booked my Parents in to stay when they come visit me in April. I just thought for all the crafters coming from out of town you might be interested to take a look, its called Wike Ridge Farm bed and breakfast, set in 13 acres of farmland.,very reasonable rates, email jill@mccandish.info if you want the telephone number let me know and I will send it to you.

So if you are going to the Harrogate Craft show this weekend and fancy staying over they might have rooms available.

Another quick card

The papers used here were from Simply Cards and Papercraft pull out called In the meadow collection. Flowers, ribbon and other embelishments are from my stash, the stamp I got was a freeby, can't remember from where. The image I used promarkers, just started using these.
The inside of the card carrying through the theme.

Thanks Crafters for sharing your craft knowledge

I have not had a blog for very long, I have been looking at other crafters blogs and its like another world of crafting, all the tutorials and idea sharing is amazing. I could be on a small island somewhere and still be able to learn things via my blog. I have been experimenting with a few things I have learnt on here, its always nice to make things and save money than to buy and spend, spend, spend.

The papers I used for this card were Crafters Companion die cut flowers with these lovely roses, with a bit of craft studio glitter does a treat, the backing papers were from a pad of papers I had in my craft stash, 6x6 scrapbook designer papers from K&Company. Ribbons and gems  from my ribbon box. I have made the box, and the paper flowers on the lid from tutorials from crafters blogs and also the idea of decorating the inside of the card. It would be nice to get some comments of what you think.

I think I will be making card boxes with most of my cards from now on, such a better finish. Wonder how to post them without them being squashed. mmmmm
